Device Not Registered: the licence is on a different PC, with Transfer to this PC and continue

Your licence works on one PC at a time: a laptop and a sim PC is fine, just not both at once. Open the app on the other PC and it says so.

Transfer to this PC and continueMoves your licence here, and the app carries on. No need to sign in again.

The first PC asks the same the next time you use it there. You can also free your licence with Transfer to new PC on your account page: the next PC you open the app on takes it.

Update Available: what's new, and Update Now

When a new version is out, the app tells you as it starts, with what's new in it.

  1. 1
Update NowDownloads the new version, checks it, installs it and restarts the app.

Your settings, your history and your sign-in are all kept. After an update you'll see the terms once, then what changed. Updates are required: Close App closes the app instead, and it asks again next time.

Windows removed the app? Windows Security can mistake a new app for something it isn't, because the app isn't code-signed yet. It's a false alarm: your account page shows how to get it back in a few clicks.

QuestionsQuestions

I'm on an access code. What happens when it ends?
We email you a week before it ends. To keep going, subscribe on your account page: everything on your PC, your history included, carries on as it was.
Can I skip an update?
No: every update is required, so everyone's on a version we know works. Installing takes a minute and keeps everything you've set up.
