Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, downloading, or using AB Racing Line (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Raul Gonzales Molina, trading as AB Racing Line ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the domain alienblade.co.uk.

Beta Software — No Warranty

AB Racing Line is currently offered as Early Beta Access software. This means:

• The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• You install and run the Software entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility or liability for any damage to your computer, data loss, system instability, or any other consequence arising from installing or running the Software.
• Beta software may behave unexpectedly. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be removed entirely before or after the general release.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Software may be taken offline for maintenance or updates at any time.
• AB Racing Line is a simulation tool for entertainment purposes only. All coaching recommendations, AI-generated advice, setup suggestions, and performance analysis are provided solely for use within iRacing, a computer simulation. They are not real-world driving advice, professional coaching, or motorsport engineering guidance. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any outcome — in simulation or in any other context — arising from following any recommendation made by the Software.

Subscription and Billing

Access to AB Racing Line requires an active paid subscription at £3.99/month (Early Access) or £5.99/month (Standard), billed monthly via Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account portal or the Stripe billing portal.
• No refunds are offered. Given the low monthly price and the ability to cancel at any time, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• Early Access pricing (£3.99/month) is available to the first 2,000 active subscribers. This rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active.
• Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

Our Right to Modify or Discontinue

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Modify, update, or remove any feature or functionality of the Software at any time.
• Suspend or terminate the Software or service entirely, temporarily or permanently.
• Revoke access to any account that violates these Terms.
• Change, pause, or discontinue the subscription service at any time.

In the event of a permanent discontinuation of the service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers by email in advance, though we are not obligated to provide a specific notice period.

Licence and Restrictions

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use AB Racing Line on one registered Windows PC for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You must not:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or transfer the Software or your login credentials to any other person.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or attempt to extract its source code.
• Use the Software for commercial purposes — for example, charging others for coaching services powered by AB Racing Line — without our prior written consent.
• Circumvent the subscription validation or any other technical protection measure in the Software.
• Use the Software on more than one PC simultaneously. Each subscription is licensed to a single registered device.
• Share, transfer, or publish any promo or access codes you receive, whether online, in communities, or to any third party. Promo codes are single-use, email-bound, and issued for your personal use only.

Any breach of the restrictions in this section automatically and immediately voids your licence to use the Software without notice. We reserve the right to terminate your account and block access without refund.

Privacy and Data

Privacy is the foundation of AB Racing Line. Your telemetry data and car setup data are processed locally on your PC and are never uploaded to our servers without your explicit consent.

We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to operate the subscription service (name, email, Stripe customer ID, registered device fingerprint). We will never sell, share, or monetise your personal data.

We are fully committed to compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your rights — including the right to access, correct, and erase your data — are described in full in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or corruption of files on your computer.
• Damage to hardware or software resulting from installing or running the Software.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the service.

To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Software — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed £10 (ten pounds sterling). This cap applies to all claims in aggregate, not per incident.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in AB Racing Line — including the software, algorithms, AI models, car profiles, coaching logic, AI-generated outputs and recommendations, telemetry analysis methods, user interface, branding, and documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of Raul Gonzales Molina. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you. The AI-generated coaching reports and setup recommendations produced by the Software are proprietary outputs of our systems; you may not reproduce, publish, or commercialise them without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AB Racing Line immediately and without notice if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the Software is revoked and you must uninstall it.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email. Continued use of AB Racing Line after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

No Racing Advice Warranty

The coaching recommendations, setup advice, AI-generated reports, and performance analysis produced by AB Racing Line are generated algorithmically from telemetry data. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes within iRacing only.

• We make no guarantee that any recommendation will improve your lap times, driving performance, or simulation results. Results will vary depending on driving style, hardware, simulation version, and many other factors outside our control.
• The Software does not replace professional coaching, engineering expertise, or real-world motorsport advice. Do not apply any recommendation from this Software to real vehicles or real-world driving under any circumstances.
• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to act on any recommendation.
• We accept no liability for any negative outcome — including but not limited to slower lap times, simulation crashes, in-game penalties, or any dissatisfaction with results — arising from following the Software's recommendations.
